30 4×4 cars and ATV showed up at Wednesday’s SOT Aspnäs-Säter in the county of Dalarna, “The heart of Sweden”. That is 50 % more than last year and a new record for SOT Säter. A good figure for being a weekday in a sparsely populated area AND unusual warm summer weather for being Sweden, when suddenly the beach is an option, att least for de offroader’s wife and children. Aspnäs has everything for everyone: absolutely free driving, forest trails, mudholes, old and new motorcross tracks and the infamous “myr” swamp. It will be the first official offroad meeting at this completely new area. New trails to explore, new people to meet. Camping, lunch, no ATV.
